Long Term Set Plans
These packages are ideal if you are looking to buidl towards a certain goal or are simply looking to improve your fitness with a regular training plan.
1 Month Plan
4 week training plan. Including initial consultation and help with goal/target setting.
Training sessions will then be uploaded to your Training Peaks account for you to follow.
2 x adjustments to this plan during the month and a feedback meeting at the end of the term
3 Month Plan
After initial consultation and setting of targets your schedule will be uploaded to your Training Peaks account monthly.
We will add in 2 x Fitness Tests (remote) during the plan.
Unlimited adjustments to the plan during 3 month period, with contact via text, email or WhatsApp.
Feedback consultation at the end of the plan.
6 Month Plan
6 month training plan, uploaded to your Training Peaks account on a monthly basis.
Initial consultation to lay out targets, availbility etc.
During the plan we will run regular fitness tests (remotely) to help gage fitness, progress and your training zones.
Unlimited adjustments throughout the duration of the plan, with contact via text, WhatsApp.
Final consultation at the end of the plan.
Coaching Packages & Info.
We offer a range of Cycle Coaching and Personal Training Services from one rolling monthly plans to longer term set programmes.
We fully understand that everybody is unique, with different requirements, timescales and goals, so your training package will be designed specifically for you and your requirements.
All of our coaching is written with you in mind. We don’t do pre-set packages, or cut and paste programmes, as no two people are the same or live the same lifestyle and we believe that it is important for each individual to have their own unique plan.
One to one coaching, face to face or email -please enquire for details.
Team consultancy - we offer packages for groups of riders.
We also offer in house testing, advice on preparation, nutrition, race tactics etc.
