Do I need to be at a certain athletic level to train with Pickup Sports Coaching?
Not at all. We cater for any and every level. No matter what you are aiming for in life, we can help you get there. We work with top level teams and athletes and also people looking t get fit and get into shape.
So whatever target you have set yourself, lose 10 kg, smash your PB for a Time Trial, compete in bikes races, CX, MTB, Road, complete a half marathon or just get round the local Park Run, get in touch to see how we can help you.
How does it all work?
We appreciate that lives are busy and time is limited, so we like to keep things simple. We will look at your set up, your schedule, availability, life style and what targets you want to achieve.
A plan is then hatched to make the best of the time you have available. This is carefully balanced to make sure you are pushing yourself but at the right pace and with a healthy balance.
What disciplines and sports do you cover?
Although we primarily work in the cycling world, we do cover most endurance sports. So whatever you are in to, cycling, running, multi-sports disciplines or simply getting fit and healthy, we are there to help.
